how can trophies popped up is there a specific thing i have to do ?

A platinum save from another member means that they popped THEIR platinum trophy, the save was made, then the save was uploaded. Those types of saves usually are not geared for trophies although they can sometimes help. You can mess around with it and see if you can get something to pop. I think there were multiple playthroughs possible with this game, so you could probably start a new playthrough with all of the weapons, armor and other progress on this save, which would make getting your trophies a bit easier.
