All Missable Mystic Arts have been collected off all bosses and optional bosses and you just need to pull off the party members Mystic Arts in order to get the achievement
Item Collector has items left to collect on it it's like 7/8ths done
Break Souls are incomplete you need to perform everyone's break soul to get the achivement
Enemy Data Collector has been completed but it might give you the achievement if you get one of the unlisted enemies. I didn't get any enemy data from the Throne of the Empyrion so try there to get new enemies listed
Optional Dungeons have all been finished so you'll need to restart if you wanna do those
Not all character titles are at level 2 but most are halfway done to level 2
a few characters have 50 skills maxed but not everyone in the party has 50 skills maxed. It still might give you the achievement if you max another skill for the characters who are at 50
All Katz chests are found so you'll need to restart to get it.
All Islands have been completed, but if you fight an island enemy wave again it might give it to you.
Tales coins have been completed, try earning more to see if it will grant you the achievement.

Didn't get any trophy personally since i just miss the item collector and titles ones. getting one random item do not pop the trophy

are you sure you included the most recent save? the uploader says there's 40-50 items missing but in the most recent one from those you re regioned the items discovered is around 720 so not 40-50 missing since we need 855 for item collector..

U have to use the save2, dont watch played hours since when u load it they will change

I thought it was 800 for the trophy not 855. My mistake. Save 4 should have 736 items discovered it's the latest save and should have 114 hours on the timer.

I have max rare drops % on velvet and other party members have similar drop % rates unlocked and you can go through chaos difficulty fights easily. Nearly every monster is in the enemy database and any missing items are under a ???? listing in there on what the monster drops. That's where the remaining items are, there are none in the world or at stores. So you're going to have to go by the enemy database and find the missing items. But finding a little over 100 items is preferable than starting from scratch and finding all 855. Fight enemies under the highest difficulty because that's where all the remaining items are locked behind.

Enemies that seem to die too fast for the mythic arts trophy head to the optional endgame dungeon in the lava caves. The Bosses there respawn and all the portals are open allowing fast transportation to the bosses, everything has incredibly high defense and the bosses will survive the level 2 mythic arts so you can pull off a level 3 on the highest difficulty.
