Even though it's a RAR doc, Save-Wizard should still let you import and resign it.
Plenty of ethereal gear, weapons, and accessories, on character and in storage.
Two class builds already saved in menu.
Plenty of materials, gold, and other things.
Haven't unlocked any transformations yet unfortunately.

" you don't have the permissions to launch some of the game add-on content. it's not possible to load your game". I'm offline and can't use any saveset, why? it's the same cusa, because it asks me to replace my saved/created save....

It sounds like a DLC issue. Sounds like the save relies on data from some DLC which is not installed on your copy of the game. Try looking through this thread to see if someone else has said if any DLC is required for this save and if so, what. Or look for a different save or save set in your CUSA that requires no DLC if you're looking for a no DLC save.
