Trophies you can pop:
1 - Cast any Lumina spell using Primm one time. ( All magic at level 8 )
2 - Kill a Rabite. ( Defeat all monsters )
3 - Cast Mana Magic from both Popoi and Primm on Randi. ( All weapons at level 9 )
4 - Call Flammie and immediately land. ( Visit all locations on Flammie )
5 - Buy an arm band. ( Obtain all arm gear )
6 - Buy a chest piece. ( Obtain all torso gear )
7 - Buy a helm. ( Obtain all head gear )
8 - Sleep at an Inn. ( Complete the guide )

Please test this one. Just call Flammie and immediately land. If it works, I'll add it to the OP.
For those curious, here is what I changed:
At offset CA7, here is the ASCII \ Hex:
FramieLanded........ÿÿÿÿÿÿ......
46 72 61 6D 69 65 4C 61 6E 64 65 64 08 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF FF FF 1F 00 14 00 00 00
The key values that we want to look at are: FF FF FF FF FF FF 1F
Since I have already popped the trophy on this save, I modified the final value (1F) down to (1E). Weirdly, when I loaded the modified save, the right-half of my screen was a darker tint than the left-half. I called Flammie and the tint went away, then I re-landed and the tint returned. I changed screens and the tint persisted. I then re-saved the game and re-loaded the save in Save Wizard to see if the value had returned to 1F (which it had). I'm hoping the 1F to 1E change is enough to pop the trophy for you all.
If not...well, the trophy only takes like 15 minutes to do yourself anyway. =P

Easiest way would be to use the "All Magic Level 8" save and immediately go through the Mana Fortress. Kill everything along the way and the trophy should pop once you kill Dark Lich.
You could also try Advanced Editing the Platinum save at offset 15C5 and change it from (01) to (00). It should be the first entry in the database, which is probably a Rabite or something. Then go find and kill one.
EDIT: I got bored so I went ahead and made these adjustments myself and have attempted to consolidate the saves. Can someone please test this save for me? You must login or register to view this content.
a) Kill a Rabite to pop the Kill All Monsters trophy.
b) Cast any Lumina spell with Primm to pop the All Magic Level 8 trophy.
If it woks, then all of the end-game trophies will be obtainable from this single save.
