They already explain they use. It is to set people and the controller(s) in a 3D Space for the system to know where is each user or the user located. That's why the controller has it's own speaker also. You should read more before posting because it is a subject already talked.

Well it looks Better than The Ps3 Eyetoy but the Price maybe over $80 Like when ps3 Eyetoy first Came out i Spent $50.
So its Going to be i would Guess it will be $100 on release date of the Ps4!

It wont be inclueded in each Ps4 Box cause sony doesnt want the Same ps4 and Eyetoy in only 1 Box the will make more Money if They sell The ps4 with Eyetoy for awhile then they will Take the Eyetoy out and put 2 controllers in or a Game and etc..
