This is purely my opinion. I think PC gaming is better because there is pretty much no competition between other PC's, the bottom line is if you have a PC or even a Mac you can play with anyone else on any other computer. But now you have the Xbox 360, rumors on Xbox 720, PS3 and the PS4 going to come out soon, not everyone will be able to afford a new console so there's probably going to be a split into 4 gaming communities and no way of communicating to the other consoles. I think that is not very good and I'm not comfortable with that.. because i believe that will actually happen.

So I believe PC gaming is the better road to take, with Steam your possibilities are nearly endless and there's no competition or split between gaming communities on the PC (not that I now of).

Enough listening to me.. what do you think? I'll accept any arguments

For me console is best, everyone has the same graphics etc, no one is better than the other, we are all equal and all play on the same console. Whereas PC some people have more money and can afford a better pc than others so theres always an unbalance of someone have a high spec pc and someone having a low spec pc.

Console gaming for me.

I hate how people think that PC gaming is extremely expensive. Can it be? Yes. Does it have to be? Not at all.

I played on console for a long time, but last summer I built a PC. Using a keyboard + mouse can take some getting used to, and it's not for everyone, but you definitely have more precision than with a controller. That being said, I still would rather play Call of Duty on my PS3 than on my PC.

I also like PC gaming for the Steam sales. You'll often find games on there for 50%-75% off. Plus there are a lot of free games like League of Legends (which is awesome).

I'll probably be buying a PS4 to play some games with my friends, but I plan on staying with PC for everything else.

PC is objectively better, better graphics, better load times, mods and in some cases look at fallout 3 for instance they give you tools so you can make your own fucking levels on PC. Once you get use to mouse and keyboard PC is 10/10, and that doesn't take long and is better than a controller.

Thats an overly subjective statement, if you cant afford something, it doesnt make it of any less worth of it being your best option under "perfect conditions". by perfect i mean finincially, and location wise. What you said is like saying the multiplayer is bad because if you cant afford good internet, your online play will suck, no you saying that does not apply fairly to the question.

Another point id like to make is that he asked if console gaming is better than pc gaming, well this would imply that he is speaking of a GAMING PC.

i like console gaming bcuz i like 2 play with a conroller i dont like to use a keyboard 2 play games i think its stupid

grown up with console so i prefer that, but pc is much more powerful and advanced so technically thats better.
