Expect a big announcement from Sony about its next-gen PlayStation 4 console this month or possibly in early May, a source familiar with the company's marketing strategy told PCMag this week.

Personally i think E3 could be when they show the console, although it would be good if they showed the console early then used E3 to show off the games in abit more detail, and maybe explore the ps4 system more.
