Uncharted 4 could be a good bet considering that ND stuck in a Last Of Us hint in Uncharted 3...

I found that PS 4 is releasing this year. Perhaps this gaming console could be release in just 3 months as well. I am absolutely eager to see some incredible & innovative features in this gaming console with amazing graphics too.

Could be anything, but I doubt is any of them because PS4 will be released in November-December not October. And the game will not be released before the console so, I believe is a random date.
Anyways, as some said above, it might be the release of the teaser trailer, who knows.
