well it should do yes, as now its a SEN account, you can add money via the qriocity website which is for all the services, so theres no reason as to why it wont.
EDIT: well it seems the wallet is already used for all systems, PSP and obviously vita so yes, it'll carry over to ps4.

You're money/funds are all under one SEN account. It will be used for all consoles/systems. Your money will stay on that account regardless of what system/console you're on.

It'll carry over to all your consoles since if you put $20 on ps3, it'll appear on your PSVita since it's linked via Qriocity.
