I'm gonna buy one when it's price comes down a bit and wait to see if there are any problems. Never buy the first wave of anything you're like a Guinea Pig for sony.

trade your ps3 in the day ps4 comes out to lower the price, unless you want to play last ps3 games on a ps3 still. but who knows whats going to go on with gaikai and ps3 streaming

just buy ps4 when they release some games that you are sure that you gonna like

I'll say wait. Like what i did with PS3 i waited for MGS4 bundle, it seem its the only game that is really good back then. Opening titles like heavenly sword and some racing game is not worth it at launch. So wait til there's a really good game that you are interested in, otherwise you might end up playing PS3 with ur PS4 sitting in a corner.

I will be hopefully buying a ps4 right away and keeping my ps3, have to keep it for any games I already have, can't just sell them.

I'm buying a PS4 day one with 2 year of warranty and keeping my PS3; I don't know how much you play a day etc, but if you got the money to spend go for it. PS3 games won't run on a PS4 so I think you should keep your PS3 since some good games are coming this holidays and next year !

I'm going to wait until the price goes down and the hardware is improved.
