Will the Ps4 offer a brand new Network/Esn? I was thinking about this and I'm wondering if we will be able to create OG ESNs. Imagine how many inactive ESNs there are. People will struggle to make descent ESNs since so many will be taken.


Any news on this?

Nothing has been said about it yet one of the many details yet to come.

I'm guessing they'll have something planned for in the inactive accounts but it's the same network.

the real question is will ps3 be able to play online with ps4?

I think not, maybe the PS3 games that u can play from the PS4 will be able to play against players on the PS3. But I bet it won't go with PS3vPS4 games. Like FIFA14 will use Ignite on PS4, and the "old" FrostBite 2 on PS3, so it will be two totally different gameplays.

Ok what are og accounts? Also as everyone else says SEN is too new to just abandon, and the original pic of that guy using his name will just be a more indepth account/profile i think, you will just have to option to socialise it with pics and details etc.

I doubt they would introduce a new network seeing as Sony do have a vast user base so there wouldn't be any point of making a new one for their new console however they are adding new things like mentioned in the above posts such as able to use your real name apart from your online ID.
