“Thank you @ForYourPeteDodd for helping echo gamers messages through all levels of PlayStation”You must login or register to view this content.. He went on to admit that, although there was plenty of discussion around the issue, the passion of fans “really moved the needle” in favour of Sony’s popular decision to eschew overly-complicated anti-sharing and pre-owned prohibiting measures in favour of giving their customers what they asked for.

It’s lovely to see Sony acknowledge and revel in the interaction with their dedicated fan base and that currently seems in stark contrast to every decision Microsoft is making with regards to the Xbox One. Sony made some very impressive moves in their E3 press conference this evening and it’ll be very interesting, over the next few weeks and months, to see how Microsoft #dealwithit.

Now watch Microsoft, withdraw their blocks on used games, and the publishers lose out on their promised shares.

In my opinion, it should be free, just as it is now.

Its going to be better, because now they are able to get better exclusives and DLC.

it should be, but its not now, so either take it as it is or let it get to you

A civil response. I respect that.

To tell you the truth, I already have Plus, so I will be able to play online. I just feel a tad bit disappointed about the fact that some people can't.

This is also true. Logically, this is how they will support cross-game chat and such.

If Plus is the same on the PS4 as it is on the PS3, it will not be terrible at all. With all the free games Sony gives you, it is almost as if Sony is paying you to get Plus.
