Now, in my opinion, the controller looks amazing. It's suitable for the hands and for adult gamers who have big hands. This was a complaint from gamers since the Ps3 Controller was small. Looks like the Ps4 Controller will be more comfortable in hand than the Xbox One Controller.

I would say the PS4 controller has the most changed.
From a design point of you can see a massive change in thinking all due to the overall ergonomics used. Looks much better to hold for most players with less Asian focus. 360 pad overall was better due to the shape far better to grip. Did have a couple weak spots which have been improved no more rubbish D pad.
Sticks also look like they have less deadzone the PS3 controller had way less deadzone. Also the PS3 controller took more of a use before it started to have trouble with the sticks.

Great to see Sony has taken forward this lesson but keeps with the overall look of the playstation controller. Not sure how much of a use that touchpad is going to be.
Overall not much the xbox one needed to fix PS4 a couple of things.
