Additional details regarding the PlayStation 4's power supply and how the company managed to fit it within the console's relatively small casing are still unknown, but at least we have a better idea of what Sony has in store for us later this year.

Wait, from what I read in this thread, the Xbox has an external power brick?
Theyre console is huge compared to the PS4, same hardware, yet... external power brick..

The ps3 didnt have a power brick, why would this be any diffrent ?

PS4 is more powerful so you need more power to power the ps4 and more power = better power supply = more heat being conducted which could lead to overheating.

I know right lol . But I'm worried that it will over heat to much. Even though at the back it is all fans.
