(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The pre-order sales for the PS4 and Xbox One next-generation systems are declining. According to a best-selling chart update by Amazon on July 5, the Xbox One Day One Edition has dropped to fifth place. Furthermore, the sales for the PS4 Standard Edition went all the way down to the 17th position. You can check out a set of screenshots from “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt,” an open-world role-playing game that is being developed by both platforms, in the slideshow at the top of this article.

The Xbox One Day One Edition has a price tag of $499.99 while the PS4 Standard Edition costs $399.99. Amazon has also created several bundles for Sony’s next-generation console, guaranteeing that the more expensive packages will be available at launch.

Highly unlikely that the PS4's price is gonna go down, because Sony said that the $400 price tag might not change and that they're happy with this price plus it's next gen... maybe $50 off at max but the Xbox One price will probably go down next year if not 2 years.

I think ps4 is down so far because they are only counting that standard edition and there is like 6-7 bundles.

from the video's i have been watching on youtube a lot of people are hesitant to buy the first release edition of ps4/xb1 thinking there going to have problems with ylod/rrod... so i guess the sales will increase about a month or so after release

In Flames Much?
Given the fact we are a months away from release this makes sense.
And the fact most people who pre ordered are super hardcore fans so limited number.

Not news at all.

It's the Xbox fanboys that are debating on whether to get the better console or to stay being a fanboy and continue talking trash.
