Post: Could Sony’s mysterious image be teasing the release date for PS4?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The image Sony just tweeted might just reveal the PS4 release date, worlds will indeed collide on this peculiar date. The image shows a total solar eclipse taking place and when is the next one you might ask… On November 3rd! This next total solar eclipse also coincides with the current rumors swirling around about the launch of the PlayStation 4.

From Wikipedia:

“A total solar eclipse will occur on November 3, 2013. It is a hybrid eclipse of the Sun with a magnitude of 1.0159. Totality will be visible from the northern Atlantic Ocean (east of Florida) to Africa (Gabon (landfall), R. Congo, DR Congo, Uganda), with the maximum of 1 minutes 39 seconds visible from the Atlantic Ocean south of Ivory Coast and Ghana.”

I doubt that it could be the release date for the PS4 because November 3rd is going to be Sunday, its most definitely unlikely for them to release it on a Sunday. But who knows... That's just me.

If that's not the release date, or say the next day, it'll be one big coincidence Gasp

If its not a release date, then it has to be a new IP game.

Yeah, but some people say its an UltraViolet game or a PS Battle Royal 2. Burt I don't know, It could be something related to DUST 514 on PS4.

And now Coling Moriarty, an IGN editor, wrote on Twitter a few hours ago that PlayStation fans will “find out in the coming days.”
