This has to be the most sensible theory ive seen yet, i hope your right lol, probably be that weekend or that Monday though.

i think that no it will be coming out with battlefield in October -.- since bf4 comes out in October 29 why would it say ps4? obviously its going to come out for ps4 gta 5 don't say ps4 because ps4 wont be out when it releases...and why would it come out in usa after europe... lol i belive that november release date from paper and sign in europe but 17th? they would get it out before then surely.

Actually gta isnt intended for next gen platforms if I remember correctly

PS4 released Holiday 2013. Holiday = November, December and January. Remove January due to it being 2014, So it would be November and December, I would also remove December due to christmas demand will be high, so November will be release month!
