If i have a game that is downloadable that will be available in the cloud as well? So all games that I have previously owned will be streamed to my PS4 through the cloud services being offered in 2014? I want to clarify this because I dont understand what I am reading on the internet.

No details as of yet in regards to whether or not we'll be able to play games we already own. My guess is that they will make you buy them again. Hope not though.

Who knows. I'm not too bothered about games on disc, but I hope I will eventually be able to download any digital downloads I have on my account.

the gamestreaming gaikai is coming 2014, you will have to rebuy all your games again, or so it seems, theyve said that only the big releases are coming, so games that didnt really sell well wont be coming out, but no one knows what is classed as a big release, ill find the post and bring it here. ive been busy and slacking with the news this last week or so.

but having the disc game will mean nothing for ps4.

We don't have the details on it yet. So no to your first question and no. Unless pervious games are uploaded to gaikai it can't be played nothing has been said so far about moving over your PS3 collection yet.
I doubt it's going to happen only a selected number of PS3 titles may appear on gaikai.

A ton of PR hype around with but people forget it's not an easy process. A ton of reasons to for which games may appear and which ones are not added.
