But i was wondering if i made new account can i add it to ps vita, and then the like of uncharted ga and other games i got from ps plus can i transfer to the vita from my account now (which will be old account ) ?

I'm mostly sure you can't transfer purchases from account to account. I'd wait for GamesCom to see what they have to say about it there.

new account will be fresh, nothing can be transferedd. you'll have to reset your vita to be able to login with your new id too.

I know that what i mean is my current account has ps plus so i got uncharted and a few other vita games,

I wanted to download the games on my ps3 then content manager them onto the vita onto the new account, Or doesnt the vita work like that

Make a new acc. But if you do and you play play and get ranks and all, your ranks probably won't be transfered to PS4..

trophies will go over to ps4, overwise they wouldnt allow trophies on the vita, and the vita is going to play a big part on ps4

exactly that mate, you could make a back up account, in case i know alot of people on here have started a legit account as a back up. i myself am considering it.
