(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Personally I think the 1st PS4 will contain a lot of bugs and issues. So therefore I will wait for a bit just to be sure that it is worth buying or not.

I think people overreact too much then they get f'd over because of that. Worry about the present more than your future. Its 2013 ffs.. I'm pretty sure making a new console after 6 years from the previous console is a HUGE AMOUNT OF TIME to get their sh*t right. I bought my fat 80 gig ps3 day1 and it's still alive. My cousins fat 60 gig ps3 is still alive just with a broken disc reader that broke just a few months ago.

I'm tired of this Gen of consoles. You can sit there play your gta5 that you've probably already beaten countless times by the time the ps4 came out while I go play bf4 64 players, watchdogs, all those free psn games and whatnot. And if there's bugs, there's updates. That's what I buy a 5 year warranty for.

I don't think so.

The way things have evolved since the very first PS3 got released, i honestly think it's going to as smooth as a baby's bottom.

Just to get this out of the way first... Its your opinion and your choice if you want something or not.

I personally, will wait until maybe April as then there will be more games that will have been released that
I want to play.

Secondly by April there will be plenty of, Reviews, Video's about the functionality and broad understanding of
what the PlayStation 4 is and what it has to offer.

Thirdly by April there will more than likely be an amount of used PlayStation 4 games in my local Gamestop which
i'll be able to purchase for less than the full retail price =).

This is just me being cautious and making a calculated assessment of a situation for some advantages.

By all means though get the PlayStation 4 whenever you want it looks to be a really great gaming machine
I hope everyone at launch day has a great time too.

I couldn't tell you the amount of fucks ill give on day one of release. When you're all crying and bitching because you decided to wait, Sony will say, 'fuck you. We can't make anymore until January 2014.'

I'm hoping that the only problems I run into are some software ones. I can deal with those Happy

Today Will Be Different
It's inevitable that launch model consoles will have some issue, hardware or OS. But eventually those bugs and issues get fixed, and people will enjoy the console to its fullest. I do have this feeling that the PS4 and Xbox One won't have as many issues as they did with the PS3 and Xbox 360. I say this because both Sony and Microsoft have been working on their latest console for years, plus the industry standard for quality is a lot higher, thus their QA department is going to have better funding, therefore hopefully root out all the potential bugs and issues people might encounter otherwise.

But in regards to hardware, it's hard to predict. Most of the time hardware failures can be caused by the chip manufacturer and is out of Sony's and Microsoft's control. Things like that happen all the time and it's not exclusive to consoles. And worst case scenario you'll have to RMA the product and get a replacement, big whoop.

With that I stand with my original statement, neither launch model console will have as many issues hardware wise compared to their predecessors. OS glitches and bugs, thats another story. But those get patched in updates. :p

Tbh I can't wait to see if they have or not and see what the updatesactually fix. I loved getting a update on the ps3 in the early days, I used to see so much change, now changes are a myth!
