Add the fact that there’s also several third party You must login or register to view this content.available for the PS4, and we’ve got quite the situation on our hands. Power to the players!
iGR has now been informed that Sony has lifted ALL street dates from their PS4 accessories and launch software. It’s been confirmed to us that PS4 launch titles like Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag andBattlefield 4 will be available November 12th. Three days prior to the launch of the console. There’s even talk that the SCEJ launch title Knack may be showing up ahead of schedule.
This information comes from a reliable source within GameStop. When referring to PS4 games being available for purchase pre-launch, the source stated, “It’s great for us, because we’re now looking at one dedicated console line on November 15th.”

I hope the UK does this too! id love to be able to go get all my games and accessories before launch so then on launch day i can just get straight onto gaming!

Working for Walmart, as I haven't started my new job yet so I'm still a(n) Walmart Employee, we're not selling anything PS4 related until the console launches. They are afraid of lack of supplies for launch, instead of making their money now. So don't buy from Walmart. Go buy from GAME or Gamestop. Places you know are selling.
Even as an employee, I can't get early access to the stuff. I tried. My SM (store manager) said no, and I even showed him where it's confirmed that there is no street date and that Sony wants the stuff out on the shelves, still said no. Might just be my Walmart, but who knows.
