(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Has anyone pre-ordered it from amazon uk?

I pre-ordered mine back in June, and i had an email last month with the bundle upgrade options.
Before i upgraded the bundle, it did say i would be getting it on the 29th November,launch day.

Now, after they upgraded to the bundle, it changed the date of delivery to the 2nd of January!!!
I contacted them on the day i noticed this, through the live chat.And the girl said there was nothing she could do to change the order.

Now, as you can imagine, i was fuming, so decided to call them instead, and the chap i spoke to was actually very helpuff and sympatethic, and told me he was going to see what he could do, as i pre-ordered it months ago.

He rang me back and said he managed to change the order to the lauch day, and it would be a couple of hours to update on the website.

Now, this was a good 3 weeks ago, and the order still hasn't changed, still says i will get my PS4 on the 2nd of January 2014, so i again, started a livechat with amazon and went through the whole process again, and the guy said it was a glitch and that the order is still set for launch date delivery, just not showing on the website.
He also said that this will be updated by the 4th November, which is monday, but i am starting to panic now, as i can see this going tits up and i'll end up having to wait till next year for the console i pre-ordered back in June!

I suppose i have to wait till monday and see if the order updates itself, but has anyone else had any issues with amazon?
