(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Long story short I just got my ps4, updated it from my USB drive with 1.50. I got 1.50 from a thread that was on here not too long ago. The update worked, but it wouldn't let me try to sign into PSN, saying I needed to update. Going to the software update didn't help as it said I had the latest version. I booted back into safe mode, redownloaded 1.50, directly to the PS4, and it worked. I don't know if you guys will have the same problem, I just wanted to give my update.

Did it take a long time to sign in? I've been waiting 10+ minutes ( literally ) with a loading screen since I tried to sign in to my account.

Yea I was having trouble signing in last night. Hopefully I can get on when I get home today.

I had trouble last night with few hickups this mourning , but it is up and running at 90+% at-least now.

Thanks for the info as I was about to go pick up my PS4 later today and already downloaded the Update on the site. Guess I'll go delete it and just download it directly from the console.
