seeing as ps plus will be needed for ps4, im 100% ps plus cards will be redeemable on both consoles like they are on vita

yes you can use plus cards on ps3 and ps4

You just redeem it in the store which is still the same because it's the same network, so yes, it will work.

It's not a PS3 playstation plus network card - its a PSN Plus card.
And PSN Plus works with Vita, PS3 and now PS4 - you can top up the account in various ways - credit card, paypal, mobile phone and of course codes = PS Plus cards.
