yes and no. every now and then it goes offline but it should be up and running

Chill out, the PS4 just dropped. Give it a few days to get online and working correctly. Remember GTAOnline being offline for a week+ due to excessive players.

It logs me on and I downloaded 14gb Ghosts in an hour with no problems, it just doesn't let me play multiplayer on COD.
