mmmm, i have your same headset but i hvnt ps4 because in eu comes out the 29th, but i think you can buy a jack female-male and the green wire goes behind the monitor/tv and the usb into the usb port of ps4 no? sorry for bad english!

mmmm its strange because i think you basically output the audio from hdmi, when you put the usb (for the chat and for take on the headset) normaly if you put the jack into tv, you must feel the audio that the tv output normaly, in your headset or no? mmm i cant test on ps4, in ps3 works, dunno if in ps4 they changed some shits...

And you must take out the digital audio from your ps4, and with the adapter jack female - female you must put 1 female into the jack output of the optical/jack wire and the other side put the green wire of the headset! You can try this if turtle beach dont help you, i think i will do this to when ps4 comes out, i dnt want to spent more moneys for new headset
