We have range of headsets I have Astro's A40's they have turtle beach/ tritons different models. All the party features seem to work but in order to really hear we have to turn volume almost to max to even hear. We all even tried using the supplied Mic same issue.

None of us have gotten the Nat error issue and all are Nat type 2 its simply that the voice volume is extremely low, We even had it on prioritize voice no change. We even loaded up games and went to game chat in game and left party still same issue. So I am assuming this is a minor software issue hopefully. Doe anyone have this issue and has anyone if so gotten it to work properly

Those headsets aren't officially supported by the PS4. Just wait for Sony to release a patch to support 3rd party headsets your problem may be fixed.
