yes it does but not like before lets say you and a friend want to share lets call you A and him or her B. A sets b psn account as primry and his own as second . B sets a psn account as primary and his own as secondary........can only share with one person because of the way sony did it.

Gamesharing is the same as last but you're limited to sharing with one person. Yes both of you can launch the game at the same time.

But the problem is to be always online.
What happens with the game when internet disconnects? Do I be given some time to save game progress, or I'll be imideately kicked off the game when PSN goes down?

if i read it right, you can sign into 2 ps4's at the same time, any more and you'll be signed in as a guest and upon signing out all things on that use will be deleted, all save data, messages, card details, login details everything.
