Currently you can only view what you downloaded on PS4 by going to Notification, then Downloads. Others such as Avatars, ps3 items and themes can not be access on your PS4 currently from what I am aware of.

Cross buys like sound shapes will show and anything that will work on ps4, other then that it's a fresh downloads list I think

if you go to the dashboard and scroll all the way to the right you will see library that is where everything you bought will be at aka addons and games.

so if you del a game it will still show there for faster redownloading

I have resorted to use the webpage to push the items onto my consoles.
