Mine came from Amazon, only the edge of the outside box was a little cut off, but everything on the inside was in perfect condition.

Btw, funny story with me.

I saw the UPS carrier coming toward my door with the package, and thought he would ring the doorbell, but nope, he just threw the package on the ground and left. :p

As long as the PS4 works, it doesn't really matter lol. Just contact amazon and show them the PS4 isn't working because of that and most likely they can get you a replacement.
