Post: Upgrading PS3 games to PS4 (different trophy question)

If that doesn't make sense, what I am asking for is just 1 single trophy list for AC4, just for the PS4 version. I don't want the PS3 trophy list.

You will only get the PS3 trophy list if you play it on the PS3. Upgrading it to the PS4 version and only playing it on the PS4 will only give you the PS4 trophy list. Hope I helped!
