i had this issue i found out how to fix it. i just backed up my saves switched users deleted my user that had that issue. recreated it and have not had this issue again

first ive heard of this, i thought you was going to say you dont get notificed when a friend comes online/offline and was going to say its like that for everyone until they decide to patch it in.
