It'll let you purchase your PS4 games now, If you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber and you should be by now, Quickly add Resogun and Contrast to your download list, even if you aren’t getting a PS4 at launch, just so you’ll have them for free when you finally do get your system so you don't miss out!

i used the Playstation app on my phone to get them so that may be another option to people if for some reason there not able to get it through their computers
