For those lucky enough to get their hands on the console - whats your thoughts?
Is it better than you imagined; were your expectations too high; did hype win out; is it the best console you've ever played?

Please let everyone know.

Personally I like it a lot, graphics are amazing, gameplay is excellent, controller is exceptional (my favourite of all time), switching from game to game is easy and the voice control is fun.

i for one love this console to death already!

its soo sleek, navigating the menus is smooth and fast, the lay out it nice, not as hard as i thought i was going to be to learn, i cant fault it at all.

compared to when the majority of the uk all got their post and tried signing in, the servers seem great now and i look forward to them enabling the rest of the features.

the controller took a little getting used to but now it seems fine.

im spoilt for choice in what game to play ive had a little play with resogun and that game is gonig to get addictive, im not sure ill get platinum on it but ill try go for most of the trophies.

cant wait to see what ps4 is capable off 3-4 years down the line.

Well, what can i say.

It really is next gen, the graphics are just out of this world, the games i have played, are just amazing, Resogun, well, love it, for a free game that game is fantastic, i can see myself getting addicted to it quite easily.

As for the console itself, everyone has pretty much covered it all, was a bit hard to get online at first, but now it's not a problem, everything is smooth and almost instant, i just wish i had a better connection so i could take proper advantage of the consoles features, like the live streaming, and download content faster.

Yea I really like it. I mean the UI is nice and its fast, I can switch between apps and games quickly and the graphics are awesome!

I just wish Infinity Ward had made Ghosts run better on this console the PS4 deserves better than that pile of shit game frame lagging all the time.

Nonetheless PS4 >

You're Goddamn Right
not had time to play it much yet but really impressed with the UI, everything is so smooth.
Killzone took about 90 seconds to install, super fast - with seagate SSHD. Resogun is so much fun and addictive.
