I personally tried it out and found it hard to do at first but hey it worked!

When the keyboard is up,
Press R3 on your daulshock 4,
And you can easily move your controller around and press "x" to tap a letter.

Note:
To disable it; press any key on the d-pad.

Yeah it's pretty cool, it was hard to use at first. Cool feature but kinda pointless. ;P

very hard, i want a multitap keyboard i hate having to scroll back and forth to pick letters.

yeah it is a bit tricky, for me it's just another gimmick lol.
for messages i find it easier connecting with the playstation app and using mobile phone to type if it's for a longer than normal message. using the controller i seem to keep pressing R2 all the time, i swear it must've been the Caps button on PS3 lol

Download the Playstation app from the App store on your phone (Apple/ect..)


Select second screen then the keyboard logo. So much easier! ^^

Nice touch not sure how fast or useful that would be.

I wish we could type with the touch pad though.

Just tried this, it's difficult to get use to but I suppose when u do get use to it it will be quicker that normal messaging
