he entered his dob etc and it told him to refer to email.

problem is he deactivated the email over a year ago and made a new one becuase of the spam he was getting

any way to reset the pass and get back on psn without need for email

This samething happened to me yesterday just go to sony's live chat customer support and explain what happened. The guy I had was really nice and changed my Sign-In ID and emailed me a password reset link.

how do you get onto to live support chat no option to click that, we dont have one of these in the uk so ill try the us one
