Dude BF4 rarely worked for me. I just sent it back to Gamefly, and said fuck it. Major games like that will have an update dead last because Sony doesn't offer them their pocket book.

Mines fine, i think you may not of installed all the game to your PS4 delete the game and re-install to your PS4 and let it keep going even if it says complete. I have noticed if you close as soon as it says complete not always is the full game installed.
