My PX21's are fine after 1 year , if you take care of things they last. As for chat cable for PX21's theres no need, just plug in usb as usual then headphone jack into tv. If you want a better sound i got a DSS box for £20 from Ebay and they wire up as before on ps3 to the box then optical from box to ps4.

You get audio anyways it fully works apart from chatting through the mic. But now I'll have chat through with the headset on until the patch comes

I have a fibre optic cable from my ps4 to my hub thing, and that's all I've done I think works fine.
