i cant say this for definite mate but on the PS3 version of BF3 premium the only things you would get from it would be the DLC map packs NOT the premium items if its game shared. i just thought i should let you be aware of this just in-case your not able to get the premium items

someone game shared battle field 4 premium with me on ps4 and i got the premium items?
