Right now only in the UK. I ordered a red one from ozgameshop early December and got it about a week ago. It cost me essentially $10 US Dollars more than to buy a regular DS4 Jet Black at any store.

I have the Blue Controller, the Red and Blue Controller cost as much as the Black Controller and they are only available in Europe at this time.
