ive tried removing my details, restarting the ps4 and relinking it, that didnt work.

tried rebuilding database, that didnt work.

tried clearing my cookies, that didnt work.

tried reinstalling the system firmware too but nope.

anyone know a fix as i really dont want to wipe my ps4 and try.

if anyone else gets this problem, i solved it by going into safe mode and selecting initialise and reinstall system software.

it will wipe you hdd clean and install a fresh system software.
