It's a USB battery charger, I found it in my room and it should be used for phones when the battery of your phone dies but it works on the PS4 controller .

It's a Adobe USB charger or I ain't totally sure lol, my mother found this and she wouldn't know this either lmao. I do like the idea of the laptop battery though, laptop batteries can charge 5 android/iphone phones lol.
