(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); so ive recently just bought a ps4 only to find out it dont even fricken work i set it all up correctly put the damn game in and it gives me a fuckin error CE-34878-0

download the latest update for new hdd's should be about 800mb and put it onto a usb.

boot in safe mode, the initialise and re install system software, it should hopefully sort it, you'll lose any data on the ps4 but like you said its new so you'll have near on nothing anyways

i think i already have 1.70 update installed and how do i do them steps you speak of ?

doesnt matter if youve installed it, as you'll be reinstalling it, turn the ps4 off and hold the power button down until you hear a second beep then let go.

initialising will format your hdd bare in mind

So you think the best thing to do is complain that it's a waste of money on a gaming forum instead of accepting you got a broken PS4 and returning it for a new one? It's not so hard is it?

Edit- NVM, was a software error, OP still shouldn't automatically classify it as a waste of money.
