The PS4 running it on ultra no problems? Doubtful. Chances are it's being scaled down with other things being reduced on top. If this game running on PS4 is being compared to ultra on PC, it's a marketing ploy. I'm sure it'll look great, but it isn't going to run near ultra on PC without massive drawbacks, including frame rate, resolution, players, and map size.
