As the world of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare takes place in 2054, it makes sense that developers Sledgehammer Games want to redefine the face of future military combat. In an all new preview trailer, we get to see exactly how they’re prepared to do this.
Your arsenal is going to be packed with all new technology. Grenades that can fly around and attach to enemies before they detonate as well as Grenades that work like the MMS sight in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, which allowed you to detect an enemies presence through walls or other obstacles. Mobile barricades that know where you’re going and when you’re going to shoot, and lastly, lasers, because how can you wage war in the future without lasers?
The full video is below and it details the many different parts of your arsenal, and gives more information on the Exoskeleton abilities that will be a part of the game.

No, just no. CoD died a long time ago and the devs just need to accept that fact. There will never be another CoD 4, WaW, MW2, or Black Ops. If the devs want to resuscitate the franchise they need to look at other games for inspiration, like Counter Strike. Sure at face value Counter Strike: Source and CS:GO look similar and it's been given the whole 'reskinned, redesigned, and/or better graphics' treatment from gamers, but it works.
IW, Sledgehammer, and 3arc need to just go back to their roots and go ahead and add new guns, new models, new sounds, new gamemodes, new UI, and even new recoil system if they must. There's no need to make these outlandish multiplayer games centered around their campaigns because nine times out of ten, they suck. I personally didn't like Black Ops 2, I thought it was just plain stupid. Granted I enjoyed pubstomping with friends and doing scrims, but the game was still dumb. I'm just tired of this whole appease the twelve year old idea that the devs have.

Very true! Don't get me wrong, I love Battlefield and have always played it.
CoD has always been a game to piss around on rather than Battlefield I wanted to play good.

LOL. CoD was definitely a game to play if you wanted to make people rage or just troll people. I definitely had some good memories on some of the titles, I guess it's the nostalgia talking when I complain about the newer CoDs. :p

My worry is E sports and the art design.
I'm looking forward to what they do the problem is the only way is down at the top of your game.
The core of the game looks like the same concept, along with game mechanics.
Setting however looks like a new concept one which was started in BO2 but taken a step or two ahead.
As for being a competitive game that hard to judge from single player stuff.
Woodygamertag quite YT due to the hate he was getting against the money :p
Not even sure if he likes the game or not.
COD has followed something people can relate too even if silly at times also a Micheal bay movie.
:p people would hate it and not play it long.
I'm looking forward to what they do the problem is the only way is down at the top of your game.
