They try to use these controllers on other games, they'll be of no use. These truly are only for COD.
You're wrong, it's been used for professional games/MLG tournaments by almost every pro for Halo and COD. It's also game changer for Titanfall. The few pros that don't use it? They play claw, which is the same advantage and allows you to use your index finger to press the buttons and middle finger becomes the shooting finger, and that is harmful for your palm and can cause problems later on in life like carpal tunnel, why companies like Scuf exist. People think that the few milliseconds that it takes to move your thumb off the stick compared to doing it simultaneously makes no difference, it does make a huge difference and it's a huge advantage to jump and shoot at the same time while not removing your thumb off the stick, essential for winning more gunfights, people just don't realize that these few seconds matter, you would if you played against higher skilled players, it really is almost no difference in Ghosts because the TTK was increased and jump height was reduced, but in Black Ops 2 it made a huge difference, and it will still continue to do so possibly for AW and a game like Destiny. You can also use the advantages of the O button to melee enemies faster or just drop to the ground while the paddle is the dropshot, which is arguably faster since when pressing down the thumbstick the pressure slows down your aim. You can also make the paddles or buttons whatever you want, so it might be useful for other games outside FPS genre or for whatever you need. Now back on topic, the Scuf 4PS is a complete waste of money, they always make controllers for Xbox better as for PS they provide no trigger stops since they don't want you to use the trigger and that's why I prefer using buttons for the design of the PS4 controller, from holding the PS4 controller you can tell your fingers should not be on the 3.5 cm back at all, plus from certain reviews and sources Scuf paddles just feel cheap, ImagineCustoms is a lot better as intead of paddles you get two comfortable buttons where your fingers would be on the back of your controller. You can also get it for a cheaper price, as low as $45 if you send in your own controller, they'll mod it for you. That feature for PS4 is coming in two-three months according to Scuf but of course it'll take a little longer than that but ImagineCustoms already has it, so you not only get a more durable and comfortable controller but you also get a cheaper one with ImagineCustoms.
