Yes, finally we will be able to help our fellow players out by remotely controlling their games!
Along with this we will finally be able to upload to YouTube! This has definitely been one of the most popular demands.
New features will also be added to improve 'What's New' giving real time notifications on what friends are up to.

yes but they can have both included that share button doesnt work half the time and i cant tell you how many times ive lost videos from it thinking i hit it to many times which i did but when the quick screenshot thing is one button two for record it likes to just screenshot and not record lot of the time i dont even think about it always recording up to 15mins so i try to use the magical share button and end up losing the footage see how its been annoying to me , i dislike how they decided to use the share button

So only Share Play? No word on customizing that god awful UI, or even folders for games, or anything to make it look less cluttered?
I know this is a highly demanded feature, and I was waiting for it, but now I'm more concerned about the UI.
This will come in handy for games like LittleBigPlanet where you need 2 or 3 people, but outside of that I don't think I'd use it much.

I am really hoping they include this. It's one of the most frustrating things not being able to pause/priorities your downloads! Yes PS3 has a lot of big features that have not been included into the PS4 which is also very annoying.

They haven't specifically mentioned this, however if they are making live notifications from 'What's New' I would expect to see friend notifications too. I have no idea why this was not here in the first place!

Yes the UI is still not at it's finest. I expect to see many more improvements to it. Hopefully more details on the following update show some UI improvements.
