There are very few details, however it's been said that this will not just be a port so I would expect to see some massive changes and improvements.
The PS4 version could offer a campaign however many are saying it would be rather pointless. Nether the less I would be excited to see a well made campaign to go along with the exciting multiplayer that is only available for PC.

I was also considering building a PC for this game but now it's coming to console! I'll just stick to the PS4.

Changes and improvements? Like what? Anything that needs changing or improving will be done on PC. Changes and 'improvements' of PC games for console is usually a very bad thing for the end user (you the consumer).

Right, well enjoy your limited world, 30 frames per second, and mediocre graphics. Just remember this a MOBILE PHONE can have INFINITE expanding worlds in Minecraft. Your 'next gen, all powerful PS4' cannot due to system limitations.
Do what I did, switch to PC, but keep your PS4 for sweet kick ass Sony Exclusives like Killzone, LBP, and InFamous.

See my above words. NO game is better on console over PC. When Consoles let you do 1080 (the PS4 does not) and 60FPS or better (the PS4 does not) let the PC users know, we'll join you. Until then we're going to continue enjoying our 60FPS games and 1080p graphics with OPEN modding being welcomed by developers.
PC users welcome anyone considering to join, and those on consoles with open arms. We'll help get you started with PC suggestions and friend requests.

This is all very interesting info, however lets not get into a PC/Console war, just enjoy the fact that a great game is coming to the PS4!

I think they both look pretty promising. I really enjoy zombie survival games so I'm pretty chuffed about the both of them coming to PS4.
