As long as you set your account to be primary on a console, you'll be able to use any account to play the bought game as long as its the same console as you set your account to primary on.

So if I buy the game on 1 of the accounts.. set it primary .. and then I login into my other account and it be there ready to play ? Sorry.. new to PS4 lol
