PS4 is down for hundreds of users who have reported issues with the PlayStation Network.

Independent website Down Detector has received thousands of reports that the PlayStation Network isn't working.


Sony has acknowledged the issue on the PSN server status page, confirming that there are issues with games on PS4 and PS3.



"You may have some difficulty launching games, applications or online features. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we thank you for your patience."

The Ask PlayStation Twitter account has also acknowledged the problem: "Hey! It looks like we're having a few problems at the moment. It'll hopefully be fixed shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience!"
